• Enterprise Solution Lead Genesys Cloud
• Start: 02.11.2026 | End: 30.06.2027
• Full-time | Dresden / Remote possible
• Overall technical responsibility for target image, overall solution, and delivery
• Solution design, concept development, reviews, and quality assurance
• Customer management as well as technical leadership/coaching of consultants
• Management of decisions and technical risks
• Several years of experience in enterprise CCaaS projects and deep Genesys Cloud know-how
• Very good consulting, workshop, moderation, and customer management skills
• 2x Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant for Conception and Implementation
• Start: 19.10.2026 | End: 26.02.2027 | Extension possible
• Recording and analysis of requirements and their translation into Genesys Cloud concepts
• Configuration of routing, queues, skills, IVR, digital channels, and workflows
• Integration into existing systems, e.g., CRM, patient service, IAM, and WFM
• APIs/Webservices (REST/JSON), authentication, and interface integration
• Workshops, documentation, tests, acceptances, as well as support during migration and rollout
• Practical experience with Genesys Cloud and contact center processes
• Very good German skills, English for technical coordination
