Project overview

We are looking for a dedicated Referent Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) for the aviation sector at our Hamburg location. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid work model and develop in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for the operational material supply in the area of engine maintenance. Your tasks include analyzing and evaluating material sources, checking ranges and availability, and fine-planning material supply for upcoming maintenance events. You will independently develop measures for short-, medium-, and long-term supply assurance and initiate alternative solutions for material bottlenecks that consider technical, airworthiness, and economic requirements.

Furthermore, you will organize and coordinate exchange and scrap replacement solutions, perform material postings in SAP, and actively monitor bottleneck situations. You will work closely with purchasing, logistics, production, and customer management and coordinate with internal and external interfaces.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or Business Informatics. You have initial to solid experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Production Planning, or Logistics. Very good German and English skills as well as confident use of MS Office, SAP, and SAP BW are required. Knowledge of Power BI or Business Intelligence is an advantage.
