Seeking a Regional Strategic Policy Advisor for Wmo to represent participating municipalities, develop policy proposals, and oversee their implementation. The role involves collaboration with internal and external partners on procurement and contract management.
Project overview
As a regional strategic policy advisor Wmo, you will work for multiple participating municipalities.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Representing the participating municipalities and coordinating at regional, supra-regional, and local levels
- Drafting policy proposals for the Wmo and overseeing their implementation in the municipalities
- Chairing the regional Wmo policy consultation and gathering input for joint policy
- Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to align procurement processes and contract agreements with policy goals
- Providing policy input for the procurement of Wmo support, such as outpatient support and day care
- Assessing issues from a broad perspective and making decisions that weigh the interests of municipalities
- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor's level
- At least 2 years of work experience in the role of strategic policy advisor Wmo
- At least 2 years of experience collaborating between the disciplines of policy, procurement, and contract management
- Work experience at a municipality
- Thorough knowledge of Wmo policy, associated laws and regulations, and the latest developments in this area
- Preferably knowledge of procurement and tender law and experience with a Wmo procurement process
- Political-administrative sensitivity and diplomatic skills when dealing with diverse interests
