We are currently looking for a Microsoft 365 / Copilot Administrator

Responsibilities

• Setup and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Configuration and management of Microsoft Copilot
• Management of users, roles, permissions, and accesses
• Review and adjustment of relevant settings within Microsoft 365
• Support in the secure and controlled use of Copilot
• Support in the future integration of further AI functions in the Microsoft Stack
• Handling administrative and technical questions regarding Microsoft 365 and Copilot
• Coordination with project management and customer-side contact persons

• Practical experience in the administration of Microsoft 365
• Practical knowledge in handling Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience with user, role, and permission management
• Knowledge in the area of access control and security within Microsoft 365
• Confident use of the relevant Microsoft 365 administration interfaces
• Basic understanding of the secure use of Copilot and other AI functions in the Microsoft environment
• Good communication skills and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
