Requirements Analyst

Project overview

We are now looking for a requirements analyst for a project in Karlskrona. You will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, structuring, and quality assuring business and system requirements throughout the development process – from preliminary study and needs analysis to implementation and verification. The role acts as a bridge between business, development, and operations, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

· >9 years of experience as a requirements analyst in complex system environments.

· Good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

· Documented experience of both functional and non-functional requirements, throughout the entire lifecycle.

· Good ability to lead workshops and drive structured requirements analysis.

· Solid experience in documenting use cases and requirement specifications, as well as reviewing and translating requirements.

· Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

· Ability to develop and maintain structured requirements processes with clear traceability.

· Experience in roles within change management and project management.

Project details

Main tasks

· Lead and facilitate workshops and requirements gathering with business and technical teams.

· Develop and document use cases, processes, user stories, and requirement specifications.

· Ensure traceability throughout the entire requirements process – from need to solution and test.

· Review, quality assure, and translate requirements between different stakeholders and projects.

· Work closely with development teams to ensure correct technical interpretation and feasibility.

· Support product managers and project management in prioritization, planning, and decision-making.
