Looking for profiles with a background in science, research, and scientific funding organizations, rather than candidates with a finance-focused profile.
A research support organization aimed to replace its existing grant management system with a modern web application.
The project focuses on developing a Single-Page Application (SPA) that enhances functionality by integrating communication and task management features.
This will facilitate seamless interaction with both internal and external users, streamlining the process of accepting, evaluating, selecting, and managing research proposals.

Required Skills & Experience
- Drive requirements engineering with business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and requirement clarification sessions
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and align stakeholders across business and IT
- Work independently and proactively while becoming a trusted partner for the customer
- Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and best practices
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Located in Switzerland
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-driven personality who can quickly understand the project context and work independently with minimal guidance
Nice to have
Experience with portal solutions or customer-facing web applications
