Seeking a senior consultant to support the restructuring and optimization of technical departments within a housing company as part of a transformation project.
Project overview
As part of a transformation project, the current 3 technical departments are to be restructured and optimized into 2 organizational units. The background includes, among other things, age-related retirements of employees.
The current 'as-is' analysis with interviews and workshops is underway.
We are looking for a senior consultant to join the iwb project team who can independently moderate and document workshops. Participation in the creation of the target structure and change management is also planned.
Sound experience in organizational consulting and process optimization of administrations is a mandatory requirement; knowledge of processes in the housing/real estate industry is desirable.
