Rollout Consultant / Key User Trainer 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)

Project overview

For our customer in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Rollout Consultant / Key User Trainer 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user training for the LEDP/3DX platform
• Supporting the go-live at the Frankfurt site
• Onboarding new users and coaching specialist departments
• Ensuring correct use of workflows, approvals, and system processes
• Support with user and role management
• Contact person for user questions and usage topics
• Identifying training needs and conducting refresher training
• Collecting user feedback and passing it on to the global project team
• Promoting user adoption and preventing off-system processes (Excel, local workarounds)

Requirements

• Very good project experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) or LEDP
• Very good experience as a Key User, Trainer, Rollout or Adoption Consultant
• Experience in user training and go-live support
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• German and English, spoken and written
• Structured and independent way of working, in addition to very good communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, life science, or GxP environment
• Knowledge of production or manufacturing processes
• Experience with change management and user adoption
