Responsibilities

Planning, controlling, and coordinating the SAP DM rollout from preparation to the hypercare phase, including rollout roadmap, risk and schedule control, change management, testing, cutover, go-live, and handover to operations, support, and line organization.

• Demonstrable responsibility for planning and implementing a site-specific rollout of a software solution from rollout preparation to stabilization after go-live. (Junior 5 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in identifying, evaluating, and tracking project-relevant risks within a software rollout or implementation project. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in moderating cross-departmental coordination between production, maintenance, IT, and management within a software rollout. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in rolling out software in a production-related environment. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Language level: Very good German skills and English skills at least B2 level.
• Demonstrable experience in conceptualizing change measures for the introduction of new digital ways of working in production or maintenance. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing manufacturing or maintenance processes. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience with SAP ERP processes (esp. SAP DM & ERP) in a production-related environment. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in evaluating production-relevant master data for use in digital manufacturing processes. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in the structured integration of relevant stakeholders within a software rollout. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in preparing and supporting a go-live, including functional testing activities within a software rollout. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in gathering functional requirements for the implementation of SAP-based target processes. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
