The project "Rollout Management SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM)" is responsible for the structured introduction and scaling of the SAP DM solution in the production and maintenance areas of vehicle maintenance. The goal is the standardized implementation of a central SAP DM template in the plants, considering local process requirements and the sustainable anchoring of digital production processes on the operational shop floor.
The focus is on planning and controlling all rollout activities, including governance, resource management, schedule and risk control, and ensuring technical, functional, and organizational readiness for go-live. Furthermore, the role includes analyzing existing production processes, conducting fit-to-standard assessments, identifying and managing local customization needs, and ensuring high master data and process quality. Another focus is on active change and stakeholder management, enabling key users and end-users, and ensuring high acceptance of new working methods in production and workshops.
Additionally, rollout management is responsible for preparing and executing test, cutover, hypercare, and operational transition activities, including establishing emergency and support concepts, to ensure stable and sustainable operation of the digital manufacturing platform.

Responsibilities
- Rollout Control: Control of the SAP DM rollout from preparation to hypercare, including roadmap, milestones, and management reporting.
- Processes & Fit-to-Standard: Process analyses (production/maintenance) and collection and prioritization of functional requirements.
- Stakeholders & Interfaces: Coordination between workshops, IT, and the central SAP team, including coordination of local key user teams.
- Readiness & Testing: Ensuring readiness (shop floor hardware, master data) and coordination of system and UAT tests.
- Go-Live & Change: Conception of cutover, hypercare, and handover to line operations, including support through change and training measures.
