Rollout Manager with Banking Sector Experience

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Rollout Support Expert with a solid background in the banking sector to support our Project Delivery Team. The position is to be filled immediately and is designed for 10-12 months, with the option of extension.

The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site appointments by arrangement. You will work full-time and support Rollout Management in planning, coordinating, and implementing rollout activities. Your tasks include coordination between business units, project teams, and stakeholders, supporting users, and advising on business processes and practical requirements. You will participate in the preparation and execution of tests, acceptances, and pilot projects, support communication with affected units, and maintain rollout plans and status overviews.

Furthermore, you will create reports and presentations as well as organize meetings and workshops for rollout coordination.

We expect several years of professional experience in the banking sector, ideally in private customer consulting. Comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems in the banking sector is required. Experience in rollout or project management is not absolutely necessary. You should work in a structured and independent manner, have very good communication and organizational skills, and be proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Teams. Solution-oriented thinking, willingness to learn, and very good German language skills (language level C1) complete the profile.
