Project overview

We, emagine GmbH, are looking for support from a Rollout Support Expert with a savings bank background in the area of Rollout Management, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support of Rollout Management in planning, coordination, and implementation of rollout activities
• Contribution of technical expertise from savings bank branch business and private customer advisory services
• Coordination between specialist departments, project teams, and stakeholders
• Support for users and advice on operational processes and practical requirements
• Participation in the preparation and execution of tests, acceptances, and pilot projects
• Support in communication and information for affected units
• Maintenance of rollout plans, status overviews, and milestones
• Creation of reports and presentations
• Organization of meetings and workshops for rollout coordination

Requirements

• Several years of experience at a savings bank, ideally as a private customer advisor
• Very good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems in the savings bank environment
• required
• Experience in rollout or project management is not required
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Teams
• Solution-oriented thinking and willingness to learn
• Very good German language skills (min. language level C1)

Remote and Frankfurt am Main. The assignment is mainly remote. Occasional on-site appointments at the Frankfurt office are possible after consultation.
