PMO Manager / PMO Lead (m/f/d) | Transformation & S/4HANA Program | Holzminden / Remote

Hello,

for my client, I am looking for an experienced PMO Manager / PMO Lead (m/f/d) to support an international end-to-end transformation in the S/4HANA environment.

The focus is clearly on program and transformation management. We are not looking for an SAP consultant, but for a candidate who structures, steers, and continuously drives complex transformation programs.

Framework Conditions

• Start: from 01.11., mid-November at the latest
• Duration: 6 months++
• Very high probability of extension
• Full-time
• Remote with on-site appointments in Holzminden (approx. every two weeks)
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed

Responsibilities

• Close cooperation with the Head of PMO
• Operational steering of regions, functions, and workstreams
• Development and further development of PMO structures
• Management of risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Preparation of steering committees and management meetings
• Maintenance of program roadmaps and master plans
• Resource planning and capacity management
• Program controlling and status reporting
• Ensuring uniform procedures in the overall program

• Several years of experience as PMO Manager, PMO Lead, or Program Manager
• Experience in complex transformation or ERP programs
• Knowledge in the S/4HANA environment is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of governance and program management
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Fluent German language skills
