Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards to support sales teams in their day-to-day activities and decision-making
• Improve existing dashboards by optimizing their design, functionality, and performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM Analytics solutions
• Build and maintain CRMA data pipelines and SAQL queries to support dashboard development
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs
• Manage the dashboard lifecycle, including updates, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Work independently with minimal supervision to develop and improve CRM Analytics dashboards

Requirements

Main advantages:

• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining dashboards in CRM Analytics
• Strong knowledge of SAQL and CRMA data preparation
• Experience translating business requirements into practical dashboard solutions, preferably for sales organizations
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Databricks is an advantage
• Remote work possible
• High level of autonomy and ownership in your day-to-day work
