Salesforce Architect
Contract until EOY, with extensions
Remote (Bicester 2 dpw)
Inside IR35
We are urgently seeking a Salesforce Architect for a contract that runs until end of the year, with extensions planned into 2027. This falls Inside IR35 and will require onsite presence in Bicester.
You will lead the transition from an internally-facing support tool to a member-facing customer experience, enabling members to interact directly with an AI agent, with seamless escalation to the support team.
Skills & Experience;
Preferred Skills;
- Technical/Solution Architect across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Customer Support, Service, Marketing, Experience).
- Strong background in integration architecture (APIs, Middleware, event-driven design) connecting CRM, membership, and payments platforms.
- Customer-facing digital experiences, ideally involving AI agents/conversational interfaces and escalation workflows.
- Retail and premium brand domain (helpful, not mandatory).
- Salesforce Architect certifications (eg, Application/System/Integration Architect).
- Experience with membership, loyalty, or guest journey platforms and payment systems integration.
- Exposure to AI/agent-based customer service solutions.
