For an exciting customer project, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Consultant to support the setup of a central data foundation for segmentation and activation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.

Project Framework Data

Responsibilities

Setup and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

Integration of various data sources, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hub, and SAP

Design and further development of the data model and relevant customer identifiers

Implementation of Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles

Consideration of Consent Management, Data Governance, and GDPR requirements

Support in creating business unit-specific customer segments and their activation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next

Coordination of technical and functional requirements with the relevant departments and Salesforce administrators

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Requirements

In-depth project experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

Very good knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and identity resolution

Practical experience with unified profiles, segmentation, and data activation

Experience with connecting SAP systems to Salesforce

Good understanding of B2B data structures and customer identifiers

Knowledge in the area of consent management, data governance, and GDPR

Ideally, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next
