Job description
Experienced Salesforce Developer needed with a focus on Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect. Requires strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flow, and CI/CD practices.
Project overview
At least 5 years of practical experience as a Salesforce developer, including at least 3 years on Service Cloud.
Proven experience in implementing or managing Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect.
Good understanding of versioning and CI/CD practices: SFDX, Git and GitLab.
Solid Salesforce development experience: Apex, LWC, JavaScript and Flow.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party service integrations with Salesforce.
Strong autonomy, a problem-solving oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Professional English, as all deliverables are produced in English, as well as the majority of oral presentations.
