PM / PMO – Salesforce CRM Program (Service Cloud & Voice)

Project overview

Our client is looking for a PM / PMO – Salesforce CRM Program (Service Cloud & Voice) (M/F) for a long-term assignment.

As part of a Salesforce CRM program (Service Cloud and Voice), the consultant will be involved in product steering and PMO to structure the vision, manage the roadmap, and support the Product Owners while ensuring the quality of deliverables and the functional consistency of the program.

• Detail the product vision supported by the sponsors
• Translate the program's ambition into an actionable product roadmap
• Formalize the deployment strategy and change management for new user scopes
• Lead steering committees and produce associated materials and minutes
• Support Product Owners in their skill development and in steering their products
• Act as co-owner on cross-functional or complex topics
• Be responsible for Salesforce platform administration topics in coordination with the Salesforce IT team
• Manage the overall backlog for the business scope with business owners
• Ensure the quality and completeness of the program's deliverables
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices with the Scrum Master
• Ensure the functional consistency and business value of releases
• Ensure the alignment of the solution with the guiding principles and decisions of the Salesforce program
• Program backlog

• Progress tracking of the different streams
• User Stories compliant with Agile standards
• Program committee materials (follow-up committee, program committee, etc.)
