Project overview

Join the team as a Salesforce Developer and help build solutions that power our clients’ sales and business processes. Working with a modern stack that includes Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and GitHub Actions, you will design, develop, and integrate scalable solutions on Sales Cloud and the Salesforce Platform, turning business needs into reliable, well-tested applications.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• Designing and implementing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configuring the platform using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder).
• Creating and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP API).
• Ensuring code quality (creating unit tests, code reviews).
• Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver the best possible solutions.
• Resolving ongoing technical issues and optimizing existing processes.
• At least 3 years of programming experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Very good knowledge of Apex and database architecture (SOQL, SOSL).
• Hands-on experience with LWC/Aura, JavaScript, and Visualforce.
• Practical experience configuring and building solutions on Sales Cloud and the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong declarative configuration skills, especially Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with SFDX or SF CLI and Git (GitHub, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
