Salesforce Developer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer (Regular / Senior) with knowledge and hands-on experience in Agentforce to join our client's international team and support the development, enhancement, and optimization of their Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in developing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, practical knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, and a good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and process automation.

Salesforce Development and Configuration

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation mechanisms
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications in line with platform best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform unit testing, and manage deployments across different environments
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions

Requirements

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and deployment
• Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and automation capabilities within Salesforce
• Experience in developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security mechanisms, and development best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
• Fluent English for professional communication
• Experience working with Salesforce Prompt Builder
• Experience developing AI-driven processes and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP
• Experience with event-driven integration patterns, including Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation
• Salesforce certifications
• Previous experience collaborating with distributed international teams
