- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and/or Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Understanding of CDP concepts such as Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, and real-time activation.
- Experience in the conception or implementation of personalization campaigns across website, CRM, and paid media.
- Knowledge of web technologies and web analytics, e.g., JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, or dataLayer.
- Familiarity with workshop moderation and stakeholder management or with integration and debugging is a plus.
