• Analysis, maintenance, and further development of existing SAP custom developments as well as complex maintenance processes in ABAP and ABAP OO;
• Development and support of objects in the SAP CS environment such as equipment, functional locations, service orders, and installation/removal processes;
• Integration of customer service processes with adjacent SAP modules such as MM, WM, PS, and SD, as well as connection of modern Fiori and OData interfaces;
• Agile software development according to Scrum and SAFe using Jira, Confluence, Eclipse ADT, and SAP Business Application Studio.
