We are looking for an SAP CIC Consultant to analyze existing solutions, implement a Customer Interaction Center WebService in S/4Hana, and support workshops. The role requires extensive experience in SAP CIC and related implementations.

We are looking for an SAP CIC Consultant:

Responsibilities

-The consultant is responsible for analyzing the existing solution (transaction CIC0) in SAP ECC6.0

-Design and implementation of the Customer Interaction Center WebService in release S/4Hana 2025 (customizing and takeover of existing programming)

-Creation of detailed functional specifications, technical documentation, and decision templates

-Execution of tests, defect handling, and quality assurance during implementation

-Functional support and moderation of requirements workshops and coordination with stakeholders

Requirements

-Sound consulting experience in the SAP CIC environment Focus: Customer Interaction Center WebService (5 years of experience)

-Very good knowledge in SAP CIC and development for the implementation of customer-specific requirements (2 project references)

-Experience in implementing requirements from business departments, including the creation of detailed functional specifications and technical documentation (2 project references)

-Experience in requirements management and in workshops: capturing, structuring, and implementing requirements (2 project references)
