SAP CO Consultant – S/4HANA Transformation (Part-time)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to support an S/4HANA transformation project. The position is planned for 12 months with an option for extension and will be carried out part-time remotely over 110 days. Project start is November 2026.

In this role, you will advise the FICO project team and support the implementation of a comprehensive SAP modernization. Your tasks include analyzing and optimizing existing controlling processes, designing future CO processes using S/4HANA standard functionalities, and data cleansing and migration. You will perform customizing activities, coordinate integration points with adjacent SAP modules (FI, MM, AA, RE-FX, PS), and manage customer-specific developments and interfaces.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for migration and integration testing, support SAP Fiori functions and CO reports, as well as authorization requirements. You will accompany the cutover, go-live, and the subsequent hypercare phase, and document your findings for knowledge transfer.

We expect at least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP CO consultant in complex projects, in-depth practical knowledge in S/4HANA transformations, and proven experience in CO migrations. Deep knowledge in CO customizing, process optimization, and module integration is required. Experience with migration and integration testing, cutover activities, as well as SDT or Bluefield approaches is necessary. Very good German and English skills, as well as an independent, structured way of working and strong teamwork skills, complete the profile.
