• Advising the client on the functional and technical possibilities in the SAP CS / Service environment
• Analysis and optimization of existing service and customer service processes
• Recording, analysis, and documentation of requirements and business processes
• Consultation meetings with the client
• Coordination and regular discussions with the specialist departments to identify and specify requirements
• Translation of functional requirements into SAP-based solution and process concepts
• Conception and implementation of SAP CS service processes
• SAP Customer Service (SAP CS)
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP ECC (depending on the system landscape)
• SAP Service / S/4HANA Service
• SAP SD – Sales & Distribution
• SAP MM – Materials Management
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP Fiori / SAP GUI
• SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), depending on the project environment
