Consulting and support within the scope of S/4HANA Transition:

Note: Two separate hourly rates are to be offered per expert profile:

an hourly rate for remote services and an hourly rate for on-site services per person-day.

• The client of our client requires operational support for an SAP S/4HANA transition:
• Long-term engagement planned full-time starting 01.01.2027

• Pos. 1 Functional Expert SAP S/4HANA: 3 positions
• Support in specifying target processes to ensure they meet business requirements
• Requirements management and translation into concrete system requirements and specifications (down to SAP transaction level)
• Execution and continuous documentation of system configurations in SAP S/4HANA in coordination with functional sub-project managers to implement defined requirements and optimize system functionality
• Design and support in conducting end-to-end tests as well as functional tests to validate system functions and process compliance
• Creation and evaluation of technical solution scenarios in the SAP HANA environment to support the transition target architecture
• Support in technical design workshops, validation of data models, and evaluation of interface requirements
• Support of technical transformation activities (e.g., data migration, system integration, performance optimization) in the transition program
• Creation of technical documentation (mapping tables, architecture documents, HANA model designs)
• Preparation and execution of functional workshops
• Creation and maintenance of process-related documents (functional concepts, mappings, test cases, acceptance documents)
• Support of project management through structured functional contributions, evaluation of decision alternatives, identification of risks and dependencies
• Exchange with stakeholders from accounting, IT, controlling, and adjacent specialist areas
• Pos. 2 Functional Expert Change Management: 1 position
• Identification and systematic support of key project players and interface partners
• Conception and management of target group-specific qualification and onboarding measures
• Early identification of acceptance barriers and proactive development of countermeasures
• Design of transparent and value-oriented project communication
• Design of a target group-specific training strategy
