SAP CRM/SD consultant needed to develop and manage SAP CRM functionalities within a scrum team at Kadaster. Role involves monitoring, support, and adherence to standards.
Project overview
As an SAP CRM/SD consultant, you will work within a scrum team on the further development and management of SAP CRM functionalities at Kadaster.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Develop and manage CRM/SD functionalities
- Monitor the operational system, such as message traffic, jobs, actions, and shortdumps
- Maintain mail forms and Word document templates
- Participate in Scrum and DevOps meetings with the Product Owner and users
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the user organization
- Academic or HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CRM
- Certification in the field of SAP CRM
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Agile working environment
- Proven experience in collaborating within multidisciplinary agile teams
- Fluent command of the Dutch language in word and writing
- Experience with successfully completing complex assignments
