Consultant for Test Management and CI/CD Architecture

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced consultant to optimize our software testing and integration processes. In this project, you will conduct a comprehensive analysis of our existing tool landscape and develop a future-oriented target architecture concept.

Your tasks include evaluating the current situation, designing a modern workflow, and defining relevant performance indicators. You will outline future test processes and derive concrete optimization approaches. A focus will be on creating a functional prototype of an automated CI pipeline with a virtual test environment to demonstrate feasibility.

Additionally, you will create a detailed benchmark report with evaluation results and practical recommendations. You will moderate and document technical workshops to validate your design results.

We expect extensive experience in change management and quality management, as well as in-depth knowledge of test management and integration management at the overall system level. Ideally, you have operational testing experience with complex systems. Profound knowledge of modern software development, CI/CD pipelines, container technologies, and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) is required. You should be able to transform processes iteratively and have very good German and English language skills.

The project will run for six months and starts at the beginning of January 2027.
