SAP Customer Service Consultant

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service Consultant to support a comprehensive SAP implementation program. You will be active as part of the Customer Service workstream and responsible for the areas of design, configuration, and rollout.

The position is limited to 6 months (with an option for extension) and is offered as a freelance engagement. The start date is planned for December 1, 2026, with a possible shift to January. The engagement is designed for full-time with a hybrid work arrangement: at least 3 days per week on-site required, 40% remote work possible.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in SAP CS projects
• Sound functional knowledge in SAP Customer Service (Service Orders, Notifications, Service Contracts, Warranties)
• Experience with S/4HANA Service is an advantage
• Integration knowledge in the modules SD, PM, and MM
• Proven track record in SAP implementations, transformations, or project deliveries
• Fluent English at a business level
• Willingness to work on-site in Budapest or Warsaw
