Experienced SAP ECTR Support Consultant needed for ongoing application support in PLM & Engineering, focusing on resolving ECTR tickets within an ECC and S/4HANA environment.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an experienced SAP ECTR Support Consultant (m/f/d) for ongoing application support in the area of PLM & Engineering. The focus is clearly on the independent processing and resolution of ECTR tickets within an existing ECC and S/4HANA landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and resolution of SAP ECTR tickets across all support levels
- Processing of incidents, problems, and service requests
- Error analysis and debugging in ECTR and adjacent PLM processes
- Escalation and handover for development needs
Requirements
- Sound experience with SAP ECTR – mandatory
- Very good knowledge of SAP PLM
- Experience with ECC and S/4HANA
- Good debugging skills
- ABAP knowledge is an advantage
- Support focus – no customizing
- Very good German language skills
