Experienced SAP S/4HANA Hypercare Consultant needed for a pharmaceutical client in Cologne to support the stabilization and post-go-live phase. The role involves consulting, analysis, coordination, and technical troubleshooting.

SAP S/4HANA Hypercare Consultant (m/f/d)
For an internationally active client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Hypercare Consultant to support the stabilization and support phase after a successful go-live.
The focus of the role is clearly on consulting, analysis, and coordination within the hypercare phase. At the same time, the consultant should have technical expertise to independently analyze errors, perform debugging, and act as an interface between business departments, SAP development, and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Support and management of the SAP S/4HANA Hypercare phase
- Analysis, prioritization, and processing of incidents and service requests
- Contact person for business stakeholders, key users, and IT teams
- Performing root cause analyses for process and system problems
- Support in stabilizing productive operation
- Coordination between business departments, SAP development, and external partners
- Evaluation and implementation of smaller optimization and customizing requirements
- Technical analysis of error patterns and support with ABAP debugging
- Support in the area of interfaces and integrations
- Documentation of solutions, learnings, and handovers to regular operations
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP Consultant in the SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environment
- Experience in Hypercare, Go-Live, or Application Support projects
- Deep process understanding in at least one SAP module (SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, or EWM)
- Experience in incident and problem management
- Technical understanding in the SAP environment and experience working with developers
- Basic experience in ABAP debugging and error analysis
- Fluent German language skills
- Fluent English language skills
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life science projects
- SAP BTP or SAP CPI knowledge
- Experience with Fiori applications
- Experience with international rollouts
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Knowledge of an Indian language (e.g., Hindi)
