Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to manage the introduction and migration of long-term accounts and time value accounts for a client in the service sector.
Project overview
For our client in the service sector, we are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant for Long-Term Accounts to provide the following services:
Responsibilities
- Creation of functional and technical concepts for the introduction or migration of long-term accounts and time value accounts
- Analysis of existing SAP HCM systems, processes, and value credit models
- Introduction of new long-term account models in the SAP HCM environment
- Migration of existing long-term accounts, including value credits and legacy data
- Planning and execution of master data transfers
- Evaluation and implementation of relevant SAP infotypes (e.g., IT263 and IT283)
- Execution of SAP HCM customizing
- Adjustment and maintenance of schemes and rules
- Support for development tasks in the SAP HCM environment
- Analysis, conception, and implementation of interfaces
- Consulting for testing, error analysis, and quality assurance
Requirements
- Several years of experience with SAP HCM / SAP HR
- Profound knowledge in SAP Payroll (PY) and SAP Time Management (PT)
- Demonstrable project experience in comparable SAP HCM projects with a focus on long-term accounts, time value accounts, or value credits is mandatory.
- Experience with value credits and lifetime working hour accounts
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM customizing
- Profound knowledge of schemes and rules
- Experience with SAP infotypes in the long-term account environment
- Experience with master data transfers and data migrations
- Experience in interface conception and interface development
- Knowledge in SAP HCM development is an advantage
- Knowledge of accrual and payout processes
- Experience with leave models and time value accounts
- Experience with different contribution types such as holiday pay or flexitime credits
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Fluent German language skills
