Seeking an experienced SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant to provide coaching, knowledge transfer, and consulting on IT system and HR process optimization. The role involves developing recommendations for complex SAP and HR process issues.

Profile
- Professional and methodological coaching as well as knowledge transfer in the SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment
- Consulting on the design and optimization of interfaces between IT systems and HR processes
- Development of recommendations for action for the structured processing of complex SAP and HR process-related issues
- Sound experience as a Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong understanding of HR processes
- Profound experience in coaching and knowledge transfer in the SAP environment
- In-depth technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Very good German and English skills
