SAP HCM Consultant Long-Term Accounts

Project overview

For a company in the service sector, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) specializing in long-term accounts and time value accounts.

Your tasks include the creation of functional and technical concepts for the introduction and migration of long-term accounts and time value accounts. You will analyze existing SAP HCM systems, processes, and time deposit models and introduce new long-term account models. Furthermore, you will plan and carry out master data transfers, evaluate relevant SAP infotypes, and perform SAP HCM customizing. You will adapt schemes and rules, support development tasks, and analyze and design interfaces. Consulting on testing, error analysis, and quality assurance complete your activities.

We expect several years of experience with SAP HCM/SAP HR as well as in-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management. Demonstrable project experience in comparable SAP HCM projects with a focus on long-term accounts, time value accounts, or time deposits is mandatory. You should have experience with time deposits and sabbatical accounts, very good knowledge of SAP HCM customizing, and in-depth knowledge of schemes and rules. Experience with master data transfers, data migrations, interface design, and development is essential.

Knowledge in SAP HCM development, savings and payout processes, leave models, and various contribution types such as holiday pay or flexitime balances are advantageous. The ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, as well as fluent German language skills, are required.
