SAP HCM Consultant Preparation for SuccessFactors Migration (m/f/d)

Project overview

For one of my clients, I am currently looking for support in the form of a technically and functionally skilled SAP HCM Consultant who will support the HR department with ticket processing in SAP HCM and make initial preparations for the SuccessFactors introduction for the second half of 2027. The client will be supported by a system house in the introduction, which will handle the SuccessFactors transition, but requires an internal point of contact. The person should be a "people person" and act as the in-house HR consultant for the client; thus, the direct point of contact for the department for:

Utilization: 4-10 hours/week *)

3-3.5 days/week for the SuccessFactors implementation (07/26 – 03/28) beyond that, further occasional support activities

Until approx. mid-2028

Onboarding on-site in the greater Cologne area, thereafter predominantly remote
