Project overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant at Senior Level for a remote project with a focus on quality assurance and objective situation assessment.
Background:
A general contractor is currently implementing an S/4 system with a planned go-live on 01.01.2027. In the HCM (Human Resources) area, critical issues have not yet been satisfactorily resolved. External support is sought for independent analysis and evaluation of the current situation – not primarily for training or customizing, but for technical expertise and problem-solving.

- Excellent knowledge in SAP HCM/HR (Human Resources) with at least 4 years of experience
- Deep expertise in SAP HCM PT (Time Management) with at least 4 years of experience
- Comprehensive knowledge in SAP HCM PY (Payroll) with at least 4 years of experience
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Scope: approx. 3 days per week
- Location: Remote
- Start: As soon as possible
- Duration: until 31.12.2027 with option for extension
- Payment terms: 30 days
