SAP HCM Data Migration Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM specialist for a demanding migration project at our Hamburg location. You will be responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of a comprehensive migration of personnel data from existing non-SAP systems to SAP HCM/S4HANA.

Your tasks include the detailed analysis and evaluation of existing data stocks, the definition of necessary data cleansing, and the creation and coordination of data mapping and transformation rules. You will implement the migration procedures using SAP LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools, and ABAP solutions and document all relevant technical and functional decisions.

For this position, you bring several years of experience in migrating personnel data to SAP HCM/S4HANA. You have in-depth expertise in ABAP/4 development in the SAP environment and comprehensive know-how in SAP HCM, including public sector modules. Practical knowledge of SAP LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit is required. Ideally, you have already worked in public administration or the public sector.

You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills, both written and spoken. The position is hybrid and offers you the opportunity to design and implement a complex data migration project from the beginning.
