SAP HCM Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conception and delivery of user and key user training
• Creation and further development of training materials, learning formats, and training concepts
• Delivery of face-to-face, online, and hybrid training sessions
• Support of rollouts and system introductions from a training and change perspective
• Knowledge transfer on core HR processes and SAP HCM functions
• Advising users and supporting knowledge transfer
• Quality assurance and continuous optimization of training measures

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM trainer, training consultant, or change consultant
• Sound knowledge of SAP HCM, especially in the modules OM, PM-PA, RK, PT, PA & E-PA
• Experience in large-scale rollout and implementation projects

January 2027

until end of 2028

Utilization: flexible, depending on the respective training and rollout needs

Deployment Model: predominantly remote with occasional on-site appointments

Project Environment

For a long-term transformation program in the HR environment, support is sought for the qualification and enablement of the user community. In the course of introducing a new digital HR platform, existing processes are being standardized and modern employee and manager self-services are being rolled out. The goal is high user acceptance and the sustainable anchoring of the new processes and systems within the organization.
