Service Description

• Development and coordination of an Information Lifecycle Management concept for SAP HCM and personnel-related processes
• Analysis of existing retention, archiving, historization, and deletion processes in the HR environment
• Planning and execution of workshops for the development and validation of the ILM concept
• Coordination of functional, organizational, and technical requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Evaluation of SAP HCM data stocks, personnel documents, interfaces, and connected external systems
• Definition and coordination of responsibilities, release processes, and governance structures
• Consolidation of functional and technical requirements into a coordinated target concept
• Derivation of actionable requirements and measures for business departments and IT teams

• Sound practical experience with SAP Information Lifecycle Management (SAP ILM)
• Demonstrable expertise in the conception and implementation of archiving, retention, and deletion concepts
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM data and process structures
• Know-how in the analysis of interfaces, document stocks, and dependent external systems
• Practical experience in the SAP HCM or HR environment
• Industry knowledge in the public sector is an advantage
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
