SAP P2P Consultant

Project overview

For our customer, we are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on vendor processes, payment transactions, and e-invoicing. In this role, you will support the implementation and optimization of central Purchase-to-Pay processes within an international SAP landscape and accompany the introduction of future-oriented digital invoice processing processes.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and further development of the functional target state (blueprint) for vendor and payment processes based on SAP FI and SAP MM
• Conception and implementation of processes in invoice management
• Introduction and optimization of e-invoicing solutions
• Execution of tests, quality assurance measures, and functional acceptances
• Analysis of existing business processes and identification of optimization potential
• Ensuring alignment with SAP standards and operational requirements
• Support in connecting upstream systems to SAP and accompanying integration and interface tests
• Development and implementation of efficient vendor, payment, and invoice processes
• Analysis and resolution of functional issues during the project
• Close collaboration with business departments, IT teams, and other stakeholders
• Creation of process documentation and user manuals
• Support for change management and rollout activities
