SAP P2P Functional Process Consultant – FI-AP & E-Invoicing

Project overview

For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP P2P Functional Process Consultant with a focus on Accounts Payable (FI-AP), SAP MM, and electronic invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of existing SAP blueprints for Accounts Payable, invoice management, and payment processes
• Analysis, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Introduction and further development of e-invoicing processes
• Functional conception and integration of interfaces between SAP and upstream systems
• Execution of functional tests, error analyses, and process validations
• Creation of process documentation and user manuals
• Coordination with business departments, IT teams, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Sound practical experience with SAP FI-AP and SAP MM, especially in invoice processing and payment handling
• Very good knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes (Purchase-to-Pay)
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and optimization of SAP processes and blueprints
• Practical experience with e-invoicing and electronic invoice processes
• Knowledge in the integration of SAP interfaces and process automation
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional process design, and testing
• Independent, structured way of working and strong communication skills
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, German skills are an advantage
• Location: Remote with occasional visits to Berlin
• Duration: 16.11.2026
• 12 months with option for extension
• Utilization: Full-time
