SAP P2P Functional Process Consultant | FI-AP, MM & E-Invoicing | High Remote

Project overview

For a long-term SAP transformation project, we are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Functional Process Consultant with a focus on Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and E-Invoicing.

We are not looking for a pure module consultant, but a hands-on oriented expert who understands processes from a business perspective, identifies optimization potential, and independently accompanies topics through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Functional design and implementation of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Implementation and optimization of SAP FI-AP processes in conjunction with SAP MM
• Conception and further development of invoice management and incoming invoice processes
• Implementation of E-Invoicing requirements and electronic invoice processes
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials
• Conception, execution, and support of tests as well as functional acceptances
• Creation and maintenance of process documentation and user guides
• Functional support of interfaces to connected pre-systems
• Coordination with business departments, project management, and other stakeholders
• Support for change management and rollout activities

Requirements

• Several years of project experience in SAP FI-AP
• Very good understanding of end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes
• Experience in the integration of SAP MM and SAP FI
• Experience in invoice processing / invoice management
• Project experience with E-Invoicing solutions
• Experience in process design, testing, and implementation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Fluent English skills
