SAP PP Consultant Just-in-Sequence (JIS)

Project overview

For our client in Vienna, we are looking for an SAP PP Consultant Just-in-Sequence (JIS).

Responsibilities

• Support in the area of SAP PP Just-in-Sequence (JIS), especially at the interface between the sequencing system and SAP S/4HANA
• Functional and technical support of the global S/4HANA template rollout at various EU locations
• Planning, leading, and follow-up of functional workshops, especially for conducting Fit-Gap analyses
• Identification and evaluation of local process gaps in collaboration with the client team
• Development and documentation of target process designs and solution concepts for approved gaps
• Support with customizing, realization, testing, and test documentation
• Creation and maintenance of project deliverables, including process models, process briefs, user stories, and functional and technical specifications
• Setup and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA system examples
• Status reporting to project management and participation in cross-project topics
• Knowledge transfer and functional support of the project team

Requirements

• Sound experience in the SAP module PP (Production Planning)
• Mandatory: Experience with the interface between sequencing systems and SAP, ideally in the SAP PP / Just-in-Sequence environment
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and global template rollouts
• Good knowledge of SAP customizing
• Experience in creating functional and technical specifications as well as solution concepts
• Experience in Fit-Gap analyses, process design, and process documentation
• Knowledge in planning and conducting tests, including test documentation
• Experience in leading functional workshops and collaborating with international project teams
