For a long-term transformation project in the real estate management environment, an experienced SAP RE-FX expert with project management experience is sought. The focus is on harmonizing business processes, integrating existing system landscapes, and managing complex SAP transformation and migration activities.

• Management and coordination of SAP RE-FX-related sub-projects within a larger transformation program
• Analysis and optimization of real estate, lease, leasing, and facility management processes
• Coordination of requirements between business units, architecture teams, SAP consultants, and external partners
• Planning of migrations, integrations, and organizational changes within the SAP landscape
• Conducting workshops, management reporting, and decision-making rounds
• Several years of experience with SAP RE-FX and ideally SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Management
• Very good understanding of real estate processes such as:
• Lease contract management
• Space and object management
• Ancillary cost settlement
• Rental processes
• Lease accounting / IFRS 16-related processes
• Experience with the integration of SAP RE-FX into adjacent systems such as:
• SAP FI/CO
• FI-AA
• EAM/PM
• MM
• CAFM solutions and third-party systems
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations, carve-outs, company mergers, or transformation projects
• Confident use of project management methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
