Seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Service Consultant with MRO and Aerospace expertise for a workshop focused on redesigning maintenance and repair processes. The role involves analyzing existing processes and systems, evaluating solutions, and providing recommendations.

We are looking for an SAP S/4 Service Consultant for a workshop.
Project Goal
For the redesign of maintenance & repair processes, our client is looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) and Aerospace environment. The goal is to analyze the existing end-to-end processes and system landscape as well as to evaluate suitable solution alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Conducting and moderating analysis and strategy workshops with business departments and IT
- Recording and evaluating existing maintenance & repair processes
- Analysis of in-house repair, customer EDI, and other relevant end-to-end processes
- Evaluation of the current system landscape regarding functionality, integration capability, and future viability
- Identification of optimization potentials and best practices
- Market analysis and evaluation of suitable MRO and Aerospace solutions as an alternative or supplement to the SAP standard service module
- Creation of management-ready recommendations for action, including target image and roadmap
Requirements
Framework Conditions:
- Several years of consulting experience in the field of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)
- Profound knowledge of service, repair, and maintenance processes
- Experience in the Aerospace environment
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4 Service and maintenance solutions as well as adjacent system landscapes
- Experience in conducting workshops, assessments, and system evaluations
- Strong moderation, communication, and presentation skills
