SAP S/4HANA Master Data Consultant | Data Cleansing Business Partner

Project overview

For a manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced Master Data Consultant as part of an S/4HANA template rollout to be responsible for data cleansing before migration. Initial focus on the Business Partner object.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing master data from SAP ECC/R3 focusing on customers and vendors
• Preparation of Business Partner conversion (merging customer/vendor)
• Joint definition of cleansing criteria with the business department, e.g., inactivity, duplicates, blocking indicators
• Preparation and population of upload templates or migration objects
• Coordination with key users and the project team, documentation of results
• Prospectively, transfer of the procedure to other master data objects

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP Master Data Management and Data Migration
• Practical experience in Business Partner conversion within S/4HANA projects
• Proficient in using the SAP Migration Cockpit or upload templates
• Structured, independent way of working and good communication with the business department
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written (absolutely required)

• Start: Immediately or from week 47/48
• Duration: Initially until the end of December 2026, extension planned during the project
• Workload: Approx. 3 days per week, by arrangement
