SAP SuccessFactors Consulting – Role and Authorization Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support an international company in optimizing and governing its role and authorization structures.

Initial Situation:

Our client is continuously expanding a global SAP SuccessFactors system (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting). Initial role and authorization concepts have already been implemented but require a consistent governance and architecture foundation.

Objective:

The goal is to analyze and clean up the existing authorization setup and jointly develop a viable role and governance model. The focus is on best practices, international scalability, and enabling the internal team for independent further development.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the existing role and authorization setup
• Development of a target vision for security, role, and governance structures
• Moderation of workshops and working sessions
• Contribution of best practices from comparable projects
• Enabling the client for independent maintenance and further development
• Ensuring the integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

Requirements

Framework Data:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Deep know-how in system and role architecture (RBP)
• Expertise in roles & authorizations including technical aspects (e.g., Data Loader)
• Experience with EC, PMGM, and Recruiting from productive implementations
• Experience in international multi-country environments
• Structured, conceptual way of working
• Very good German language skills
