Project overview
This contract role will lead HR process discovery, requirements analysis, and functional solution design for ServiceNow HRSD implementations, working with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and delivery teams. The core requirements are hands-on ServiceNow HRSD consulting, knowledge of its HR service modules, process-design and requirements skills, and the ability to connect HR needs with platform solutions; Agile/Scrum delivery experience is also required.
Preferred additions include ServiceNow certifications, enterprise HR transformation experience, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, IntegrationHub, and Workday or SAP SuccessFactors integration exposure. The structured experience band is 8–10 years, and the engagement is a contract based in Łódź. The work arrangement is not specified, and the description does not name a specific industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, business requirements, and future-state objectives.
- Provide functional consulting across ServiceNow HRSD, including HR Case Management, Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and HR Services.
- Analyze existing HR processes and recommend opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and employee experience improvement.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.
- Facilitate process design and requirement-gathering workshops with business, HR, and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with ServiceNow Architects and Developers to ensure functional requirements are translated into appropriate platform solutions.
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Support HR service taxonomy, case categorization, assignment/routing requirements, SLAs, knowledge, notifications, and HR service configuration.
- Define and validate employee journeys and lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other employee transitions.
- Support integrations and process requirements involving enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.
- Participate in solution validation, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and business sign-off.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to Business Analysts and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Hands-on functional or consulting experience in ServiceNow HRSD
- Understanding of HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, HR Knowledge, and Lifecycle Events
- Process discovery, fit-gap analysis, requirements workshops, and future-state process design
- Development of user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows or Flow Designer, integrations, reporting, and security
- Ability to translate between HR business stakeholders and ServiceNow technical teams, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based ServiceNow implementation programs
