Dear colleagues,

For a public client, we are looking for experienced support in the context of upcoming SAP SuccessFactors standard releases (including the September release or second half-year release). The focus is on the Employee Central modules (including Time Off and Time Tracking) as well as Recruiting. In addition, support with API topics and system integrations may be required if necessary.

Responsibilities

Framework conditions:

• Analysis of the current release documentation and assessment of possible impacts on the existing SAP SuccessFactors system landscape
• Conception, adaptation, and implementation of necessary configurations in Employee Central (including Time Off and Time Tracking) as well as in the Recruiting module
• Preparation, coordination, and execution of tests, including regression tests and support within the scope of User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Advising business departments on new standard functions and best practice approaches within SAP SuccessFactors
• Optional: Support with API-related topics and integrations, including coordination of technical requirements with IT
• Several years of practical experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
• Profound knowledge in Employee Central (including time management components) as well as Recruiting
• Demonstrable experience in release management, test planning, and a structured approach to implementation
• Strong communication skills in collaboration with business departments and IT, as well as experience in creating comprehensible documentation
• Fluent German language skills, English skills are an advantage
