Responsibilities

Requirements Profile

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related issues
• Operational support of employees in day-to-day business
• Creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR-related documents
• Accompanying disciplinary measures and termination processes
• Advising on labor law issues in an operational environment
• Support with performance reviews, talent, and personnel development measures
• Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes
• Identification of potential improvements and derivation of suitable measures
• Close collaboration with HR Business Partners as well as Payroll and Time Tracking departments
• Support with ongoing HR initiatives and potential follow-up work from restructuring measures
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
• Sound knowledge of German labor law
• Experience in independently advising managers
• Confident handling of individual personnel measures and labor law issues
• Strong hands-on mentality and high consulting competence
• Experience in companies with collective bargaining agreements is an advantage
• Industry knowledge in the chemical or process industry is desirable
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM is an advantage
• Good German language skills, English skills are a plus
